SHIPPING POLICY:
Our aim is to despatch all orders placed within 72 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. Out of stock or pre-ordered products will be shipped as and when they become available.
We use Bluedart and Aramex for delivery wherever their services are available. Another competent courier service will be used in case Bluedart and Aramex do not deliver to your address. All orders dispatched by Bluedart and Aramex can be tracked online from the My Orders page.
Order once dispatched should normally be received within 3 to 5 working days. All orders will require a signature on delivery. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.
We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less the shipping charges.
RETURNS:
I ORDERED A PRODUCT BUT CHANGED MY MIND LATER. CAN I RETURN IT UNOPENED/UNUSED?
If, for any reason, you would like to return an item purchased online from www.gamershighway.com, we will unconditionally take back unused/unopened merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item should be returned as received, with the original packaging without breaking the seal, including instruction manuals and all accessories. You will receive a complete refund for the returned item.
I'VE OPENED AND USED THE PRODUCT. WILL YOU RETURN IT NOW?
We do not accept return of opened/used products. Standard manufacturer’s warranty policies apply in case the product stops working within the warranty period.
YOU SENT SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you receive a product that is different from what you had actually ordered at www.gamershighway.com, we will replace the product or give you a complete refund. We will also refund the return shipping costs that you incur in sending the product back to us. But the item should be returned as received, with the original packaging without breaking the seal, including instruction manuals and all accessories. If you have opened the product/ used it, we will not refund.
A PC SOFTWARE/GAME THAT I ORDERED DOES NOT WORK ON MY PC. CAN I RETURN IT?
PC software and games that do not work on your computer due to heavy system requirements cannot be accepted for return. We recommend you to please check the system requirement before buying in http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/
You may also download the demo versions of PC games from the vendor's web site before you buy the complete game to make sure that the game would run on your PC.
